Welcome to the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame Berks County Chapter. The Berks County Chapter is one of the chartered regional areas of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame authorized to perpetuate the memory of athletes, male and female, who have brought lasting fame and recognition to the Berks County area through their athletic achievements. Also eligible for such distinction are those individuals who have brought similar recognition through their contributions to sports in general in managerial, promotional, or other influential capacities in the area.

The Board of Directors of the Berks County Chapter of the Pennsylvania Sports Hall of Fame extends our best wishes for the coming holiday season and a very successful new year.

We are excited as this year our Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will be held at the new Redner’s Event Center at the Reading Fightin’s ballpark on Sunday, April 27, 2025. Detailed information regarding tickets, advertising in the program and scholarship sponsorship will be forthcoming. 

Our current membership campaign has been very successful to date with more than 60 new members already onboard. Our goal is to reach 100 new members and is very attainable if each of us reaches out to friends, family, coworkers, teammates, etc.. Application forms can found on our website  and the  $50 lifetime membership fee may be paid online. Only members may vote for candidates of their choice in the upcoming election.
